Graduated cum laude from the University of Bologna in 2006, registered with the Bologna Bar Association in 2009, she obtained a PhD from the University of Bologna in Institutions, Markets and Protection, specializing in “Corporate Law” in 2012. sHe has collaborated with international law firms in New York, London and Milan.
Admitted to the Superior Court since September 2021.
She is a member of the Society of Administrative Lawyers of Emilia Romagna.
She regularly speaks at conventions, conferences, seminars of a scientific nature.
She has held teaching positions in training courses also for the RUP and for the employees of the Administrations.
She is the author of publications on administrative law and commercial law in leading sector journals of national importance.
She carries out her judicial and extrajudicial activity in administrative matters, with particular regard to the regulation of public companies, public and private tenders also for the consequent effects in civil matters, urban planning, construction, public employment, public services, service concessions, arbitrations. Assists companies participating in the procedures for awarding public contracts for works, services and supplies, providing legal advice in the tender preparation phase, supporting them in relations with the contracting authorities and assisting them in the dispute that may arise due to exclusion from the procedure or following the award. She has assumed positions of defense of public administrations in proceedings before the administrative and ordinary jurisdiction both of first instance and before the higher courts.
